Please review the following items to ensure that you have received the documents and calendared the events that will take place to prepare you for your Assessment.

• Registration Order Receipt

  • Please check your email for your purchase confirmation receipt.​

 

• Welcome letter

  • Included as a download in your order receipt. Please download immediately as the link expires 48 hours after your purchase.​​

• Pre-Assessment Questionaire

  • You will receive an email to a link with our online questionnaire for you to complete as early as possible. Your questionnaire must be completed prior to the start of your scheduled appointment in order for us to provide your customized data privacy assessment.​

• Video Conference with The Dream Strategist (R)

  • Join our video conference line hosted by Zoom at the time of your scheduled assessment. Make sure to download the app on your desktop or mobile device prior to the start of the appointment.

    • COVID-19 Advisory - We have suspended all in-person assessments at our offices or at the client's location. All assessments will be conducted via video conference. Updates will be provided when in-person services resume.
