Service Description

Requires a minimum of six (6) and up to ten (10) participants This is the RECOMMENDED initial step for groups, teams, and organizations desiring to improve, expand, or launch an initiative using a premier change management approach. BENEFITS: 1) PRE-SESSION INTERVIEW GUIDE: Obtain an integrated outlook for how each member's capacities and capabilities converge        2) SESSION SCOPE: Aligning the team's resources with short-term wins and long-term goals for maximized value 3) POST SESSION PLAN: Customized plan outline, pivotal event milestones, and trackable metrics for the success of your vision. Sessions must be booked no later than 72 hours (3 days) before date of service. Includes Travel Expenses from the Continental U.S. (Due to distance, Sessions in U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii must be purchased as an International engagement.) A. Balance must be fully paid before scheduled date of service. Service will be deemed cancelled if payment requirements are not satisfied. Client must request a rescheduled date, if necessary, no later than 24 hours before date of service. Scheduling. Client will be contacted via telephone or email to schedule date and time of session.
